Devotional Sounds is the Asian Network’s daily morning dose of music and worship for the Sikh, Muslim and Hindu religions.
Waqas Saeed - "Wax" - is a very talented young presenter who hosts weekdays 5am - 7am.
Fresh Air has been producing Devotional Sounds for the network since April 2007, and in April 2009 we also began to produce Wax as the station gave Adil Ray's sidekick his own show.
In all, we make 16 hours per week of Asian Network, incorporating pre-recorded religious programming and live weekday early morning silliness. Vikesh Patel is the producer, based at the Mailbox in Birmingham, and Neil Exec Produces.
