New York Festivals

Fresh Air is celebrating winning the Gold World Medal at the New York Festivals Radio Broadcasting Awards tonight.
Our Radio 2 documentary - “Thriller: Michael Jackson’s Masterpiece” won the Best Music Special category in the international ceremony.
To be clear - it was the best music documentary IN THE WORLD in 2007!
So we took the opportunity to go to New York and pick it up, and we met a lot of very nice people.
We had a great time thanks very much, and Neil made a lovely speech.
